Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with a product, just call our customer service department and one of our friendly representatives will be happy to assist you in arranging a return for a credit or refund of the purchase price. Items returned within 30 days will be credited to your account. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. 

Returns without a valid RGA number will not be credited. If you have received merchandise in error, Allied Medical Instruments will pay the return shipping expense. Please ship all items to our head office at 100 Four Valley Drive, Unit C, Concord Ontario L4K 4T9.  For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened and or used.

Items returned after 30 days, with an RGA number, in resalable condition will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

Damaged or incomplete shipments must be reported within 10 days. Shipping damage should be noted to the carrier at the time of delivery. In the event of damaged delivery:

  • Indicate damage on the delivery bill and have it signed by the driver.
  • Contact our customer service department to have a replacement sent.
