Shipping Policy

All product is FOB our warehouse. Shipping will be charged to any outgoing order unless: a contract is in place; the shipment fulfils a back order; or the customer chooses to use their shipping account, in which case we would ship collect.

Special orders will be subject to shipping charges. We will advise if a particular order is designated as a special order.

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of invoicing.

Please specify when you order if there are any particular shipping needs you may have. Extra charges will apply for expedited/cold/heated service.
